Forms Our contact forms collects your username and email so that we can reply to your query. At various times throughout the courses, you will be required to answer various tests by submitting forms to answer; multiple choice questions and open ended questions (such as social media links, stories, proof of task completion). The information you provide to open ended questions is voluntary and for your own entertainment purposes only. We stipulate that no personal identifying information should be submitted in these answers.

Mailing Lists As part of the registration process we collect email addresses. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to inform you about new lesson availability, lesson and course progress, lesson and course grading, to notify you of achievements, news on our blog, community updates and group communications to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use third-party providers to deliver our mailings. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our emailings. You can amend your subscription from heObeys.com mailings at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of mailings or by amending your email preferences in your Account Settings.

Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold by visiting your profile. To export your information login, click your username dropdown at the top of the website, select Account, Export Data.

To delete your account and information, login, visit your profile dropdown, select account, then selecte Delete Account.
